Due to the large number of factors involved in pricing your tattoo I will not answer this question online nor over the phone.
All it takes is a little of your time for a free consult for me to work with you to get an approximate price.
Because there are so many variables involved the best way to get an idea of how much your artwork is going to cost is to book in for a free consult. You can do that here.
Firstly, take in to account that you are paying for high quality work with high quality supplies (single use needles etc), a sanitised and sterile set-up with your health and the artwork in mind.
That being said, the absolute minimum cost for your tattoo (even if it is just a dot) will be $100. This applies to anything that will take half an hour or less.
Anything that will take an hour or more is charged at $180 per hour.
Anything that is going to take more than four hours I will charge you the day rate for which is $750 for a full day as this works out cheaper for you in the long run.
Simply put, no.
I like to work in an environment that I can control to provide a safe, sanitary and comfortable (for you and me) place for you to get your artwork and prevent any cross contamination.
This is for your own saftey and my sanity.
Short answer. Yes.
This is to reimburse me for the hours upon hours of drawings that I do for people and is also to ensure that my butt is covered if people decide not to show up. If you don't show up and you haven't paid a deposit, I don't get paid. Simple.
The deposit is non-refundable. It is deducted from the cost of your tattoo on the day.
If you reschedule your appointment within a reasonable time (preferrably 48 hours) your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your tattoo on the day. If, however, you decide not to show up or cancel at the last minute; then your deposit will be no longer carried over and you will have to pay a new deposit for any future appointments.
I may require a larger deposit for full day bookings as, well, it's a whole day and if you don't show then it is a day wasted and a day that I could have given to someone else.
CONSULTATION. It's free you know.
Nothing against your "bro" but the prices you pay are for high quality artwork; artwork created with high quality (expensive) equipment, a clean and sanitary environment and an artist (that has trained hard) to provide you with a quality artwork. Artwork that is going to last you a lifetime (and six months more than that).
I will not barter. I may decide to do deals from time to time. That is if or when I decide to. These deals will be annouced first.
If it s a deal you are after then subscribe to my mailing list to get in before the social media crowd.
Due to the large number of drawings I have to do on a daily basis it may take anywhere from 24 hours to 3 weeks for you to recieve your drawing.
How long it takes is based on many factors. Please also take in to account that I also work a full time job commiting these drawings to skin. The design process is very important to me and to the end result.
I am also, 99% of the time, doing these drawings in my free time outside of work.
Priority is given to those who pay a deposit and make an appointment as their drawings will be needed sooner.
If you have paid a drawing fee and/or a deposit then you are in the list which is in the order that they come in. I normally give you a rough estimate on how long this will take during your consult.
If you have not paid a drawing fee and/or a deposit (many times I have had the "I'll come back and pay a deposit in the next few days".) then your drawing goes into the when-I-have-free-time-and-no-other-drawings-to-do-so-basically-not-very-soon-at-all pile.
The best way to ensure you get your drawing done is to come in for a consult, pay for the design and book in.
If you are a patient person and don't want to commit to an appointment just yet, you can save the booking for later and just pay for the design.
Otherwise, it will happen when it happens and I appreciate your patience.
